I am not sure if they have a direct referral system, in which you get paid for referring people.
But if you have a look at their Get Paid Page, its shows you get paid for publishing/mashing content on your site (which is one you provide as primary website while sign up) and also if somebody like you site viewers/readers uses the content of your site to publish/render on their site. I tried checking their site but seems like they are under scheduled maintenance ans so search and support features are temporarily down, I will check again later and if I find any thing will let you know.
